Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service fee, and no-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% before rebooking. Please arrive on time to receive the full benefits of your session; late arrivals will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may incur a late cancellation fee.
